Payments are processed through regulated, PCI-compliant partners. Funds move directly between sender and verified recipient. SwayGifts never stores or holds your money.
Is this crowdfunding or a donation app?
No - SwayGifts is for personal gifting, not public fundraising or donations. Every gift is private, one-to-one, and designed for personal occasions.
Can I send a gift without creating an account?
Yes - you can send as a guest for quick, easy gifting. Creating an account helps you track gifts, set reminders, and manage your profile.
How are recipients verified?
Recipients verify their identity securely through our payment partner before receiving funds. This ensures gifting remains compliant and safe across regions.
What currencies are supported?
We currently support major currencies like USD, AUD, GBP, and EUR, with more being added as we expand. The app automatically shows amounts in your local currency where possible.
What happens if my recipient doesn’t claim the gift?
If a gift remains unclaimed for a set time, both sender and recipient will be notified. Depending on the case and location, the amount may be refunded to the sender.
